So….a little behind on blogging. Ok. You caught me…WAY behind on my blogging, but my clients realllly appreciate when I get ordered complete on deliver…so sometimes the blog slips, but hey…getting it all done!!!!!!!!!! Don’t forget that I’m a one woman show!!!……And I like it that way!

Ok, so LOTS of great sessions lately, and honestly, my September calendar is really jam-pack….lots of people were waiting for it to cool down a little, and me too, though I shot right through the heat, and smoothed out the sweat so you could never tell we were about to BURN UP!!! The HOTTEST session that I can remember from this summer, was my session with little Emma…she is ONE…..and boy, I think that is the most I have ever sweat when I wasn’t in an exercise situation…ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO GLAD it’s out with the heat, and in with some great temps to take some great shots….lots of lovelies ahead!

Hello Everyone!!!

BOY it’s been busy!! I think my feature clients are booked back about two weeks, so I’m working hard to get everyone caught up! For the most part most senior clients who wanted their sessions in time for year book ad design have finished shooting so design begins!!!! LIKE IT EVER ENDED!!!

The past few weeks I have been shooting like crazy, but lots of seniors did catch my special and did score $100 extra dollars in duplicates by booking last week between Monday and Friday…so the calendar got a little more thicker…but hey!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s a good thing!!

If you are in need of a session, or you are just ready to get some family shots out of the way……..you know you can use these for christmas card design and it wont look so wintery on your christmas cards???? Just sayin’! I want my card to be bright and colorful…so let me know and we can go ahead and shoot that for you!

I have had lots of families to pre-schedule their family sessions already, just for that purpose, so LOTS to look forward to!

Well, I’ve reallllllllly got a little behind on my blog here!!! I remember when JTP first started I would blog about my shoots like it was my most favorite thing to do EVER….BUT, now that I’m so busy there is less time to blog and more time needed for artwork, orders, and shoots!

I’m actually about to take some much needed time to update my portfolio and add alllll of these images I’ve been shooting over the last several months!! I just looked and laughed at my latest updates to my site….it seems like March was the last time! Time to freshen up and add some categories back!!!

And you know I am also booking weddings that occur after September 1 now, right??? I need to add my wedding examples!! SO MUCH TO DO! SO LITTLE TIME! !

So, with that being said…I’ll post a few of my recent posts and let you ponder upon them!!!!!!!!!

Well, besides the blog posts piling up on me, lots going on for JTP!! We are deep into summer, and I’ve had some of the HOTTEST shoots ever, but boy do these summer colors produce some beautiful portraits!! The colors are just amazing to me!!! This  past week I have had so many sessions, I’m just trying to catch up with all the feature clients that I’ve been posting! I’m been so determined to crank out proofs that I’ve neglected my blog, so I’m just going to post several here for you to smile at. These were some of my favs from their sessions!

Well Hello Everyone!!

Shipments coming in, orders going out, more sessions being shot, artwork being done, clients being scheduled….JTP branding everywhere. That gold chair…………….. carrying it on top of my head several times here lately……….

JTP IS ON FIRE!!!! ! I love my clients…. and they keep me so BUSY!!!!

So besides the crazy description of what’s going on around here, this past week I had the chance to shoot LOTS of senior sessions (all girlssssssssssssssssss) and I’m juggling my way into posting them just as soon as I get a spare second between artwork from past clients and their friends and family!

Now………

Miss Taylor Stephens, Senior 2012, can officially take the JTP award for “Most Swamp Donkin’ on a four wheeler” during a JTP shoot………….yes. She rode me and two other girls on a four wheeler at the same time, and then proceeded to use the four wheeler as a prop like she does it everyday!!!! Taylor is one of my sweet gals from ole AWMS times, and I just love her….and I also know when she is fake smiling, so she got in lots of trouble….but thanks to her buds Courtney and Jodi (Jodi with an “i”), they kept her laughing and looking more like that naturally fun girl I know…Taylor Stephens!!!!

So we did swamp donk around, we even ended up under the overpass…….in the river. This girl is really something. I just love her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I hope you had a happy and relaxing fourth of July weekend…….JTP sure did!!!!!!!!!!!

After all 1.2 million of last week’s sessions, I took the opportunity to spend time with family and friends, and didn’t even take a camera with me, believe it!!!!!  Turned off the computer, let the phone go dead………. you know, like life in the early 90′s when hardly anyone had a cell or computer….(or if they did their cell was the size of a shoe box)…..that was me. JT, not JTP for the weekend, no cell phone no computer!!!!!!

Oh and it was relaxing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I’m so excited about what is to come this week for JTP!

Lots of sessions, lots of new feature clients from last week’s photo session explosion, and I even have one day this next week with three sessions in one day. What am I thinking????

Supply and demand. You demand it, I supply it.

Whoot! Whoot!! I love it!!! Just can’t say no………………

SO, to get on with the show,

This past week I had the opportunity to shoot with senior 2012, Miss ANDRIA of Baxley Georgia………and I must say, she is very much a model in the making!!!

Did you see her shots? Glorious. Not the shots, her. She is gorgeous!! Period!!! We had so much fun shooting, it just comes so natural to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do check out more of Andria’s session if you have not, as she is my current feature client. In the mean time I will be working on Miss Taylor’ Stephens’ Swamp Donkin’ session in the woods with four wheelers and river locations. Yes. I shot these two sessions in the same evening!! It was really something!

Wellllllllllllllll yes.

I guess my vacation did energize me to the point of posting about 20 images from Amber’s Senior Session TODAY. Yes. Today. I was just in love with her session, and this self-proclaimed vacation has rejuvenated my photog-spirit!!

Whoop!! Whoop!!!!!!!!!!!

Amber was lots of fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a more cooled off (if you can called that cooled-off) afternoon!!! In about an hour she had so many fun shots, she won’t know what to do with herself!!!!!!

She did bring her class of 2012 buddy along, Miss Amber Douberly………..and I just love both of these girls!!! I do think they actually just won a JTP award though. You know I like giving those out.

The LEAST AMOUNT OF WORDS SAID ON A PHOTOSHOOT EVER BY TWO SENIOR GIRLS Award goes to……………….AMBER AND AMBER!!!!!!!! (hand clapping, lots of it)

It took me about 45 minutes to realize I was doing all the talking! Imagine that??????? It wasn’t a bad thing, they were just quiet because they were secretly super excited. I KNOW YOU WERE! haha

Well, I did have lots of fun and I am looking to book MANY more seniors this summer!! I have dates available so swing my way shortay, Swing my way!!! Email, text, or an actual phone call. For real.

Wellllllllllllll,

In case you didn’t catch on, YES…you caught me!! I went on vacation!!!!!!!!!! And ooooooooooooooh it was glorious!! I knew you were wondering where all the new feature clients were………….not me. I knew they were waiting on me!!!! I had to just leave it all behind and skidaddle on out the door, because this year’s Prom outbreak of surplus prom shoots was REALLY SOMETHING!!!

Next year I do plan on going a little easier on myself……….but enough of that, let’s get on with the show!!

MINUTES, and I seriously mean MINUTES before I basically walked out the door and left for the glorious beaches of Amelia Island, I shot this fun session with the Rush Kids!!!!!!!!!! They are quiet glorious, and I’m glad that I went out with such great victims, because Riley & Ryder, along with their Parents Justin & Sommer were officially welcoming Rennon to the family………and now to the wall of portraits in their home!!!!!!!!  Rennon is SO PRECIOUS, and I just loved watching Riley and Ryder kiss and love on him……..they were such a mess!!!!

With all of this being said, I have EIGHT SESSIONS THIS WEEK!! Two each day until Friday, so cross your fingers for no rain, and LOTS of new feature clients as they were all scheduled for this week, and the week after, and the week after….the new clients are about to begin rolling again!
